DD...DOING DREAMS

In 2018 we started doing this dream. After a long search around the beautiful Lake Garda, we finally found the perfect property—a place where we instantly felt a deep connection. Nestled between the stunning Monte Baldo and the charming village of Caprino Veronese, we immediately knew exactly what we wanted to create here. At the end of 2020, in the middle of the Covid period, we took the plunge: we moved to Italy to make our vision a reality. He, Rob, a Dutch photographer. She, Sigrid, a Belgian jewelry designer. Two creatives with a shared passion for art, design, and hospitality. Our property had a unique layout: 600m2 - downstairs was a marble processing company 450m2 and on top of the factory a house of 150m2 living area. We saw the potential and got to work. We waited one year and a half for permits, then followed an intensive renovation period. First we created a spacious loft with a photo studio and a winter garden in the old factory and then we transformed the upper floor into a stylish 150m² apartment, containing: three luxurious bedrooms (with each a private bathroom), a cosy TV /relax room, a modern kitchen and a large covered terrace. It has become a place where relaxation and inspiration comes together. And so "La Fonte Creativa" was born—a heaven for creatives, adventurers and those who seek peace, just 10 km from Lake Garda and at the foot of the impressive Monte Baldo. This spacious and inspiring retreat in Caprino Veronese offers the perfect mix of nature, comfort and creativity.
