Spacious Terrace with a view
The apartment has a large, inviting terrace with a large table where you can enjoy breakfast with a group or relax with a book in the sun on the sofa or lounger. There’s also an outdoor fireplace for a cozy wood fire or a delicious barbecue together. The view is stunning, often with a magnificent sunset!
Cozy kitchen/diner
Large kitchen/diner with all the necessary appliances. A large oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and plenty of dishes for all guests. And of course, a dishwasher, so you can spend your time enjoying the sun and family/friends.
Hall and TV/Relax Room
Upon entering, a hallway leads to all the rooms, including the relaxation/TV room. The entire apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, and you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, or any other account on the smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if you’d like to enjoy our beautiful surroundings with a larger group. All safety features are present, including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, gas detectors, and more. Everything is fresh and new, and we, Sigrid and Rob, are committed to helping you wherever we can.
Bedroom Menta
Bedroom Menta is a cozy, large bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into single beds before your arrival, with bedside tables between them. The sofa in this room can also be converted into a bed, and there’s even the option of adding an extra bed, providing ample walking and living space. The room (which we really appreciated) has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, a large sink with a mirror, and electric heating for the winter and drying towels. The room has air conditioning that you can adjust individually to your needs. Of course, there’s good Wi-Fi, and USB ports are built in near the lamp for charging your devices. The room has two large closets for easy storage. The doors and windows can be opened wide, allowing you to fully enjoy the Italian warmth and view.
Bedroom Rosa
Rosa’s bedroom faces north and is very cool, even without air conditioning (although it is available). It’s a cozy, large bedroom with a double bed that can be arranged as single beds (before your arrival) with the bedside tables between them. The sofa in this room can also be converted into a comfortable extra bed. This room also has its own very spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, a large sink with a mirror, and an electric heater for the winter and drying towels. The room has air conditioning that you can adjust individually to your needs. Of course, there’s good Wi-Fi, and USB ports are built in near the lamp for charging your devices. This room also has two large closets, providing easy storage for your belongings.
Bedroom Limone
The Limone bedroom faces south, and in the morning you’ll wake up to the light of the landscape. Open the doors and enjoy your coffee in private on the balustrade, or step out onto the large terrace to enjoy the morning warmth with family or friends. It’s a cozy bedroom with a double bed that can also be arranged as single beds (before your arrival) with bedside tables between the beds. This room also has its own spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, a large sink with a mirror, and an electric heater for drying towels in the winter. This room also has air conditioning that you can adjust individually to your needs. Of course, there’s good Wi-Fi, and USB ports are built in near the lamp for charging your devices.
