1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website or directly with
La Fonte Creativa. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these
terms.
2. Booking & Payment
• A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the length
of stay.
• The tourist tax has to be paid separetely by check-out.
• We accept only payments via bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
* Standard Bookings: Cancellations made 1 month before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
* Standard Bookings: Cancellations between 1 month and 15 days before check-in are 50%
refundable.
* Standard Bookings: Cancellations at least 14 days before check-in are not refundable and
fully charged.
* No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in the full amount being charged.
* To cancel, please email us at lafontecreativa@srcreations.it with your booking number.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
* Check-in: From 15:00h.
* Check-out: Before 11:00h.
* Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
5. House Rules
* No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
* No parties or events unless pre-approved.
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
* Guests are expected to treat the property respectfully and follow all posted rules.
* Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to minimum between 22:00h and 08:00h.
* Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered overnight
visitors.
* Pets: No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
6. Security Deposit (only for long –term rentals)
* A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the apartment.
* The deposit will be returned within 5 business days after check-out, assuming no damage
or rule violations.
7. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their
stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged
separately.
8. Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but we kindly ask guests to leave the apartment
in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left excessively
dirty.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during
their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring the apartment is locked when unattended.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or
government restrictions.
11. Long-Term Rentals
For stays longer than 30 days, separate terms may apply.

12. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will
be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
