How can I book an apartment?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and completing the reservation form. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm availability and after receiving the complete payment, we send you a booking confirmation. If you need extra help, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes utilities (water, electricity, heating), Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, and final cleaning. Additional services may be available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 1 month before check-in are fully refundable.
Cancellations between 1 month and 15 days before check-in are 50% refundable.
Cancellations at least 14 days before check-in are not refundable and fully charged.
Please check your booking confirmation for specific terms.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00h and check-out is by 10:00h.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are only allowed once pre-approved.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at our propertie.
Is smoking allowed?
All of our apartments are non-smoking indoors. You may smoke on balconies or other outdoor areas.
Do you offer long-terms rentals?
Yes, we offer long-term stays until 5 months. Contact us directly to discuss your needs and we we will create a custom offer.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
Damaged or missing items may incur a fee.
How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please email us directly at lafontecreativa@srcreations.it.
