House Rules for Your Stay

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00h

• Check-out: By 11:00h

(Late check-out only upon request and availability.)

2. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

• You may smoke on the balcony or designated outdoor areas if available.

3. No parties or Events

• Please respect the neighbors – no loud music, parties or gatherings allowed, unless pre-approved.

4. Quiet Hours

• Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00h and 08:00h.

5. Maximum Occupancy

• Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered overnight visitors.

6. Cleanliness

• Please treat the apartment with care and leave it tidy.

• Any major spills or damages should be reported immediately.

7. Garbage Disposal

• Please separate trash and recyclables as per local guidelines.

• Take out the garbage if staying for more than 3 days.

8. Respect for Property

• Please do not move furniture or decor.

• Missing or damaged items may incur a fee.

9. Kitchen Use

• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after cooking.

• Do not leave food out to avoid attracting insects.

10. Pets

• No pets allowed unless pre-approved.

11. Keys & Security

• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

• Always lock the door when leaving the apartment.

12. Local Laws

• Please follow all local laws during your stay.
